Bathroom Remodel

Chris and I decided that we wanted to redecorate our bathroom. It was originally a white room with stencled ivy along the top portion and a strange greenish blue color at the bottom. There was a huge wall mirror on one wall a really bad looking light fixture ubove it, and everything was made out of really fake looking wood. Well, our recent trip to Moab inspired us to change the bathroom to orange. We had thought about it for a while, but on a trip to Home Depot (to pick up a father's day gift), we decided to do the bathroom now, and we bought the paint. Well, then Chris got really excited and began taking everything down in the bathroom, taping it up, and buying new items to stick in it. He took down the light fixture and put a huge hole in the wall so that the new light would fit. Once that was fixed and dried, we were able to start painting. We painted most of it on Monday night and finished painting Tuesday afternoon when Chris got home from work. When we got home from family pictures that same evening, Chris started putting the light in and almost anything he could fit on the walls. Yesterday, he put up the new mirror and the new medicine cabnet that we got and we were able to move everything else back in. I think that it looks amazing! I love it! Today we got to use it for the first time in about a week! I am so excited!! Being spontanious and making changes can be quite fun and look amazing in the end!
